What’s in store for you: You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. We got you covered with a team of strong professionals to support you, a well-built tech stack, and loads of ownership.

Our data team owns the full analytics and data engineering backbone - from a reliable warehouse to the insights that finance, marketing, and commercial teams across our brand depend on to make decisions. As Head of Data, Analytics & AI, you will lead a multi-disciplinary group of analytics engineers, data engineers, and analysts, and set the direction for how we turn data and AI into a real competitive advantage.

In this role, you will: • Own the full tech stack for data and analytics - choose the right technologies, keep the platform modern and scalable, and make sure it delivers on business expectations.

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team directly - analysts, analytics engineers, and data engineers - guiding how they work and how well they support their stakeholders.

• Ensure the data function is a trusted, collaborative partner across the business.

• Define and champion a vision for how analytics and AI can drive competitive advantage.

• Set clear priorities, track outcomes and hold the team accountable for results.

• Bring solid business acumen with a strong understanding of analytics and data engineering — no hands-on execution expected.

Your skills & experiences: • At least 5 years of proven experience leading a company-wide data, analytics, AI, or data science function, with solid people-management track record.

• Strong analytical and engineering background - you understand the engineering side deeply, have a clear point of view on analytics, and are happy to roll up your sleeves even though hands-on execution is not the core of the role.

• Strong track record of translating business goals into a data and AI strategy and embedding a data-driven, experimentation culture.

• Demonstrated success building and modernising scalable data platforms, operating models, and tooling.

• Being a leader who builds trust across the team, values different perspectives, and creates strong collaboration in a pragmatic way.

Salary & Benefits: • Gross salary: from 6500 EUR/month.

• Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.

• Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.

• Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.

• Plus: bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need. See the full list of benefits here: https://career.oxylabs.io/blog/our-work-benefits/

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
