WHAT YOU WILL DO • Lead by example through being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace and energy

• Mentor, motivate, elevate and inspire the managers and store staff through continual training on compliance, products, and company best practices

• Adhere to and promote the company culture of positivity, professionalism, and compliance with policies and state regulations

• Conduct over-the-phone and in-person consultations and follow-ups to ensure that patients and caregivers are receiving accurate and helpful information in a caring and compassionate way

• Follow policies and procedures and execute all company programs for customer service, patient and visitor management, state compliance, and safety and security guidelines

• Guide patients and employees with cannabis recommendations including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration

• Identify and develop process improvements to assist with company growth

• Guide patients and employees with cannabis recommendations including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration

• Effectively and diplomatically handle employee or customer concerns and complaints while interfacing with the Store Manager and the Regional Manager

• Report any issues or complaints relating to the product to the Manager, Quality and Compliance Manager, and the Director of Operations in real-time

• Assist with onboarding and training of new Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Must hold an active Virginia Pharmacy license and be a registered medical professional with the Board of Pharmacy

• Must be willing to submit and pass a comprehensive background check

• Strong team management and personal communication skills

• Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment

• Strong compliance and regulation attitude

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented and focused

• MS Office proficient with the ability to utilize and navigate multiple software platforms with ease

• Knowledge of cannabis

• Must be flexible regarding work schedule including evenings, weekends, opening and closing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks

• Frequently sitting, standing and walking

• Occasionally reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 50pounds

• Occasionally Twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl

• An environment with moderate to loud noise level
