About this role
About the role JTX is Jito's consumer trading app on Solana. It launched in July 2026 and is Jito’s first consumer product. As our growth marketer, you own the measurable side of how users find, activate, and stay with JTX: paid acquisition, lifecycle and email, and the experimentation program that ties them together. Our marketing team is exceptional with brand, creative, social and events. You will own the other half, the performance side: acquisition channels and their budgets, lifecycle email, attribution and tracking, and the numbers that tell us which spend is working. The team gets people interested; you make sure we know who actually funds a wallet, places a first trade and keeps trading, what it cost to get them there, and what to do more or less of next. You won't make the creative, but your readouts will shape what gets made.Existing systems are in place but need an experienced owner. The first task is assuming responsibility for all existing systems (customer.io, semrush, etc.). The second immediate task is building more robust measurement layer that captures all current efforts, including referral programs and content creators. You will be the most senior analytical marketer here, working hand in hand with our Head of Marketing on strategy and with our creative and content leads on messaging, bringing the rigor and operational discipline that turns great creative into measurable results.
What you'll do
• Lifecycle and email: Own the program end to end: calendar, segmentation, automated flows (onboarding, activation, reactivation), deliverability, compliance and reporting.
• Experimentation: Run a disciplined A/B testing program across email, landing pages, ads and onboarding, with a hypothesis, sample size, and written explanation for every test. Regular readouts of what is working and what is not that will drive creative decisions.
• Measurement: In partnership with our Data Scientists, build and maintain the growth dashboard covering acquisition → signup → activation → retention → trading volume, by channel and cohort. Own attribution UTM standards, pixel and event configuration (PostHog, Google Analytics, X) with Product and Engineering. Our data team owns the warehouse and dashboards, you will be responsible for making sure the data that flows into those dashboards is reliable.
• Paid acquisition: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across the channels that work for a crypto consumer product. Own budget allocation, CAC and payback targets, and creative testing cadence, operating within the constraints of platform crypto advertising policies. You will be the primary point of contact for advertising partners. Paid acquisition is currently small and experimental. It should grow based on performance and ROI review but will remain only one tool in our broad marketing efforts.
• Marketing systems and documentation: Ownership of the marketing technology stack including vendor selection, relationship management and documenting everything we use.
• Spend governance: Own the LTV:CAC framework that decides where we invest. Build and maintain cohort-based LTV models (by channel, acquisition period, and user segment) using trader fees, retention data, and set the CAC and payback targets against them. Define the performance gates for scaling or discontinuing channels, and run regular LTV:CAC and ROI reviews with the Head of Marketing and leadership team.
• Launch operations: Run checks on every campaign so links, segments, tracking, and compliance requirements are right before anything ships.
• Insights loop: Turn results into a weekly report of what to scale and what to cut, and feed those learnings into creative briefs so the whole team gets sharper.
Requirements What we're looking for
• 6-8+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing at a consumer product
• Consumer fintech, brokerage or trading experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on paid acquisition experience, including budget ownership and channel-level optimization
• Hands-on with an ESP/CRM (Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills: Product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), and statistical literacy around experimentation
• Exceptional attention to detail and a process mindset; you're the person who catches the broken link before it ships and you build processes others can run
• Comfortable building systems from scratch in a fast-moving startup
• Clear written communication; you can explain data to non-analysts
Strongly preferred
• Experience in crypto, especially at a centralized exchange or trading platform (Coinbase, OKX, or similar), including running paid and lifecycle within crypto advertising restrictions and compliance review
• Familiarity with Solana or onchain analytics
• Understanding of referral and affiliate program measurement
