Multi-Studio Operations Manager - South Florida

The Role We're looking for a highly organized, detail-loving self-starter to be the operational backbone of our studios. You'll work directly with our studio managers and leadership team to keep the business organized, compliant, and moving forward. No two days will look the same, and you'll get a front-row seat to how a multi-location fitness brand really runs.

What You'll Do HR & Payroll

● Support payroll processing across multiple studios

● Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employment paperwork

● Maintain organized, accurate employee records

● Help keep us compliant with company policies and requirements

Marketing Administration

● Process payments for marketing partners, vendors, and events

● Provide certificates of insurance (COIs) and required documentation for partnerships and events

● Coordinate with studio managers and partners to keep marketing initiatives organized and on schedule

● Track marketing spend, agreements, and deadlines

Back Office & Operations

● Build and maintain tracking systems, spreadsheets, and shared drives so everyone can find what they need

● Manage contracts, filing, vendor relationships, and documentation

● Handle ordering and inventory for studio supplies, retail, and equipment

● Track studio operations like maintenance and equipment upkeep

● Help roll out new processes and policies across all locations

Who You Are ● Extremely organized and detail-oriented; you love a clean spreadsheet and a good system

● A strong communicator who can juggle multiple studio managers and priorities at once

● Proactive and resourceful: you figure things out and don't wait to be told

● Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and quick to learn new software

● Able to handle confidential information with discretion

● Passionate about fitness, wellness, or boutique studios (big bonus if you love Pilates!)

Nice to Have ● 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, HR, administration, or marketing

● A degree in business, HR, marketing, or a related field
