About this role

Accountabilities • Establish and develop relationships with fellowship directors to support educational programs and increase awareness and adoption of relevant medical technologies.

• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of institutional programs, fellows, fellowship directors, and related program information.

• Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of relevant speaker networks and educational resources.

• Support core and external fellowship curricula by developing high-quality educational content in cardiology, cardiac rhythm management, and electrophysiology.

• Partner with product marketing and sales leadership to deliver advanced continuing education for physicians, fellows, and other clinical and economic stakeholders.

• Provide in-depth guidance to customers and clinical stakeholders to strengthen their understanding and capabilities related to applicable products and therapies.

• Identify internal program champions who can support initiatives and facilitate relationships with fellowship directors and fellows.

• Mentor and train team members in curriculum design, development, and VR simulation applications when needed.

• Establish and manage relationships with external vendors providing valuable products or services to fellows.

• Maintain effective communication channels for sharing strategic opportunities and program information with fellows and field teams.

• Incorporate fellows’ career and professional development priorities into relevant educational initiatives.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, therapies, educational markets, and business objectives to inform continuing education programs.

• Monitor competitive fellowship and educational program activities and identify relevant opportunities or developments.

• Ensure activities comply with FDA requirements, applicable regulations, internal policies, operating procedures, and assigned processes.

• Collaborate effectively with employees, customers, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Perform additional related responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering, life sciences, or an equivalent field.

• At least 8 years of training experience involving the design, manufacture, sales, or training of medical devices.

• Relevant experience designing and delivering product training or clinical education.

• Ability to conduct needs assessments and apply established training principles to design effective fellowship education programs.

• Professional training or education certification/designation is preferred.

• Experience working within a broader enterprise or cross-divisional business environment is preferred.

• Ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed and geographically distributed organization.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to leverage internal and external resources to achieve project objectives.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, follow-up, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines consistently.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50% of the time, including international travel and occasional weekends.

• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
