About this role
Accountabilities • Develop and execute the North American delivery strategy in alignment with business and technology objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital products, platforms, applications, and customer-facing services from planning and estimation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Establish delivery models, standards, governance practices, and performance expectations across Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Lean, product-led, and hybrid environments.
• Define technical delivery and governance standards covering architecture feasibility, integrations, data dependencies, environment and release readiness, scalability, security, performance, production supportability, and operational readiness.
• Integrate AI and intelligent automation across development, testing, deployment, and delivery management to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
• Establish and monitor delivery KPIs covering speed, predictability, quality, productivity, cost, and business value.
• Oversee complex programs spanning enterprise platforms, AI enablement, commerce and loyalty, customer data and analytics, point-of-sale and in-store integrations, and multi-site implementations.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing delivery organization, including performance management, goal setting, career development, staffing, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with international delivery leadership to maintain shared standards and a consistent global delivery model.
• Raise technical fluency across the delivery organization so leaders can effectively participate in solution, estimation, and risk discussions.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for major accounts and lead recovery plans when programs require intervention.
• Ensure project estimates are technically grounded and accurately reflect delivery requirements.
• Partner with client and business development teams to scope, size, and solution new opportunities.
• Oversee statements of work, change requests, contractual obligations, and delivery risks.
• Proactively identify execution risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints before they become escalations.
• Own delivery economics, including margin performance, forecasting accuracy, utilization, staffing, bench management, and portfolio capacity planning.
• Own client satisfaction and net revenue retention for delivery-led accounts.
• Partner with resource management and talent acquisition to translate delivery demand into effective staffing plans.
• Use project and resource management systems to support data-driven decisions, reporting, and portfolio optimization.
• Promote information security awareness and ensure delivery practices address data privacy, protection, confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in digital delivery, technology, product, or program management.
• Significant experience leading complex digital products, platforms, transformation initiatives, or enterprise programs.
• Several years of experience in consulting, agency, or similarly client-facing environments.
• Demonstrated experience spanning agency or consultancy delivery, product engineering, and enterprise platform implementation.
• Proven ability to scale delivery organizations and manage large portfolios of concurrent programs.
• Experience delivering large, complex, multi-million-dollar and multi-year digital programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Lean, product management, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, and technology-enabled operational improvements to delivery environments.
• Familiarity with marketing and experience technology ecosystems, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, customer data and analytics platforms, commerce, and loyalty systems.
• Experience with consumer and retail technology, omnichannel platforms, or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Experience managing distributed and global teams.
• Deep understanding of digital development processes, technology delivery, and engineering-adjacent risks.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, or comparable software development and collaboration tools.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, organizational leadership, and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical challenges and guide teams toward practical solutions.
• CSM, PMP, SAFe, cloud, or related certifications are a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Benefits
• Base salary range of $157,000–$227,000 per year , with individual compensation determined by factors including experience, education, training, and organizational needs.
• Eligibility to participate in a business development commission plan , with details provided during the interview process.
