About this role

Accountabilities: • Create visual concepts and design assets for marketing campaigns, institutional communications, and internal communications across digital and print channels.

• Adapt campaign identities and visual concepts into multiple formats, including social media, e-commerce banners, email marketing, promotional materials, gifts, and printed assets.

• Ensure all creative materials follow established visual identity and brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across touchpoints.

• Develop editable templates in tools such as Canva, Figma, and PowerPoint to help other teams create recurring materials while preserving visual consistency.

• Design and format commercial, institutional, and executive presentations for different audiences and communication needs.

• Create social media assets, including static posts, carousels, covers, and other channel-specific formats.

• Create landing pages, contributing from visual structure through publication while ensuring responsiveness and fidelity to the approved layout.

• Prepare and finalize files for different media, considering print specifications, color standards, file formats, and image optimization for the web.

Requirements

• Professional experience in design and creative production, particularly for marketing materials, digital campaigns, institutional communications, or internal communications.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Solid understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, and layout, with the ability to apply these principles effectively in design work.

• Experience creating materials for different channels and formats, such as social media, banners, presentations, institutional materials, logos, visual identities, and online and offline campaigns.

• Knowledge of file preparation and finalization for both digital and print materials.

• A portfolio demonstrating visual range, design skills, and the ability to translate concepts and briefs into effective creative solutions.

• Ability to understand different communication needs and translate them into functional, consistent, and visually compelling designs.

• Experience creating landing pages and working with Webflow is a plus.

• Familiarity with Figma Motion or other motion design tools and resources is desirable.

• Experience or familiarity with Art Direction and developing visual concepts for retail campaigns is an advantage.

• A learning-oriented mindset is valued; not having every listed skill or experience should not prevent you from applying.
