About this role

Accountabilities: You will turn creative direction and existing brand guidelines into refined visual assets, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high-quality execution across digital and print materials. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Transform wireframes, initial design concepts, and creative briefs into polished Amazon listing images and advertising assets.

• Finalize, adapt, and maintain packaging designs across multiple brands and product variations, including powders, capsules, pouches, bottles, and other consumer products.

• Maintain consistent templates, layouts, typography, and design systems across Amazon product listings.

• Prepare accurate, production-ready packaging files for print, ensuring correct dimensions, alignment, spacing, and technical specifications.

• Work with packaging dielines, layers, and print production requirements to ensure files are properly organized and ready for manufacturing.

• Assist with the creation and refinement of Amazon A+ Content, digital advertisements, and other branded visual materials.

• Review designs meticulously to identify and correct inconsistencies in alignment, margins, kerning, font usage, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

• Organize and maintain design libraries, typography resources, templates, and brand assets to ensure consistency and efficient workflows.

• Refine existing designs and templates, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.

• Incorporate feedback and creative direction while working independently and maintaining strong attention to detail throughout the design process.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and self-motivated junior designer with a strong eye for visual precision and a genuine appreciation for clean, consistent design. You should be comfortable working with established templates and brand guidelines, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and delivering polished results without constant supervision. The following skills and qualifications are expected:

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in layout, alignment, margins, spacing, typography, kerning, and font consistency.

• Solid experience with Canva, especially for template-based design workflows and Amazon listing assets.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, including packaging design, print preparation, and working with dielines.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual execution, precise layouts, and careful attention to typography and spacing.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain structured, up-to-date libraries of design files, fonts, templates, and other creative assets.

• Ability to interpret creative direction, work from wireframes and existing designs, and independently turn concepts into production-ready deliverables.

• Strong time management skills, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.

• A proactive mindset, with an interest in identifying inconsistencies, improving templates, and refining designs until every detail is correct.

• Good communication skills and the ability to receive feedback, collaborate effectively, and manage tasks independently.

• Familiarity with Midjourney and other AI-powered design tools is an advantage but is not required.

• An interest in e-commerce, Amazon marketplaces, product packaging, and digital product marketing is beneficial.

Benefits:

• Flexible working hours: Organize your schedule around your personal commitments or studies.

• Fully remote: Work from anywhere in the world.

• Long-term freelance potential: Opportunity to establish an ongoing collaboration based on performance and business needs.

• Portfolio development: Build your portfolio through real commercial projects involving packaging, Amazon listing images, and branded digital assets.

• E-commerce specialization: Develop practical expertise in marketplace design, product presentation, and online retail.

• Fair compensation: Competitive freelance rates, with applicants invited to specify their target hourly rate.

• Learning opportunities: Gain experience in product marketing, consumer packaged goods, brand development, and e-commerce creative workflows.
