About this role

Accountabilities: • Partner with National Account Managers to execute strategic business plans, growth initiatives, and customer programs across multiple business areas for key distributor partners.

• Analyze sales performance, forecasts, pricing, inventory levels, profitability, and market trends to identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

• Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, reports, and presentations that provide actionable insights and support business reviews and strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure customer programs and commitments are delivered effectively.

• Prepare materials and provide support for quarterly business reviews, annual strategic planning sessions, customer meetings, and executive presentations.

• Monitor customer performance, project milestones, action items, and deliverables while maintaining clear communication and timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

• Support pricing programs, promotional initiatives, inventory strategies, and other customer-specific business programs designed to strengthen relationships and support profitable growth.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with distributor personnel, internal stakeholders, and key customer contacts while providing a consistently high level of service.

• Maintain current knowledge of products, technologies, competitive offerings, and market developments to help address customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, supply chain, sales, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, business administration, project management, sales operations, or a related business function.

• Experience supporting national accounts, distributors, Fortune 500 customers, or other large strategic customers is preferred.

• Required experience in electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or structured cabling solutions, including copper and fiber optic network infrastructure.

• Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical product and market information and apply that knowledge to customer requirements and solution recommendations.

• Experience developing executive presentations, KPI reports, forecasts, business analytics, and other data-driven materials is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret business information and make informed decisions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and senior stakeholders.

• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and addressing them before they escalate.

• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated decisiveness, ownership, teamwork, and ability to work effectively both independently and with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time .

Benefits:

• Full-time, exempt position.

• Compensation range of $110,000–$125,000 per year , with salary determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
