• Ability to carry a basic design through detailed engineering with minimal oversight and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience coordinating or managing remote drafting and modeling resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly to non-engineers.
• Highly organized, self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving, founder-led environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, follow-through, and continuous improvement.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Benefits:
• Base salary of $120,000, with first-year total compensation of up to $150,000+.
• Profit-sharing of 1–9% of base salary annually.

• Health and fitness stipend at the company's discretion.
• Full reimbursement for PE licensure and continuing education.
• Mileage reimbursement for site visits and business travel at the standard IRS rate.
• Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and help shape a growing engineering firm from an early stage.
• Health insurance is not currently offered, but is planned as the firm grows.
