About this role
Accountabilities: • Drive new revenue by proactively identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for high-performance DAS solutions across target customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile carriers, neutral host providers, integrators, installers, venue owners, enterprise customers, and other strategic ecosystem partners.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer decision-making processes, organizational structures, budgets, timelines, business priorities, and technical requirements to position solutions effectively.
• Manage complex sales opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation and close, consistently working toward revenue targets and exceeding expectations where possible.
• Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans that identify priority opportunities, expansion potential, strategic relationships, and paths to revenue growth.
• Manage the sales funnel with accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and regular reporting on opportunity status, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with product management, sales engineering, customer support, and other internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions and create a strong customer experience.
• Build strategic alliances and partnerships with organizations across the wireless ecosystem to strengthen market access and create additional opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to penetrate existing accounts more deeply by uncovering additional customer needs and expanding relationships.
• Provide weekly sales updates and actionable pipeline insights to senior management while maintaining accurate expectations around revenue and deal progression.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years of hunter/seeker sales experience , with a demonstrated track record of sourcing new revenue and developing complex technology sales opportunities.
• Required experience selling DAS systems , with a strong understanding of the Distributed Antenna System market and relevant customer ecosystem.
• Established network of key decision-makers within the wireless, telecommunications, neutral host, integration, enterprise, or related markets.
• Demonstrated success developing, managing, and winning complex technology solution deals from prospecting through close.
• Strong ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts, product capabilities, features, and customer benefits.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Engineering or a related technical discipline; an MBA is a plus.
• Strong strategic selling, territory planning, account management, negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple internal functions and coordinate with technical, product, support, and commercial stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive-level decision-makers.
• Resourceful, proactive, goal-oriented sales approach with the ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex organizations, and maintain momentum throughout long sales cycles.
• Ability to travel extensively, with up to 50% travel required .
• Position is eligible for remote work within the United States and can be based in Dallas, TX or the surrounding area.
