Accountabilities • Communicate professionally and promptly with clients through email, chat, and phone.

• Provide administrative and operational support for upcoming and live events.

• Help maintain a smooth, organized process throughout the event lifecycle and contribute to a positive overall client experience.

• Adapt to changing priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old .

• Reliable access to a computer or smartphone with a stable internet connection.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow timelines, and prioritize time-sensitive requests effectively.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with internal teams.

• Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, hospitality, call centers, event coordination, or similar roles is helpful but not required.

• Dependable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may change.

• A professional and service-oriented approach, with a focus on creating a smooth and positive client experience.
