About this role

Accountabilities • Own the product line end-to-end, including day-to-day operations, strategic direction, feature development, roadmap planning, and overall product success.

• Lead product discovery and delivery by investigating technical questions, leveraging AI to understand codebases, facilitating client discovery sessions, and developing detailed product requirements documents.

• Evaluate new product opportunities and provide build-versus-buy recommendations to support informed product decisions.

• Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to plan releases, coordinate application changes, and successfully launch new features.

• Communicate product updates across the organization and proactively identify potential dependencies or impacts across related products.

• Manage client relationships and escalations with increasing independence, ensuring issues are understood, communicated, and resolved effectively.

• Develop monthly roadmaps, pod-level quarterly roadmaps, and product-level roadmap recommendations aligned with business priorities.

• Guide cross-functional stakeholders through product changes and coordinate the activities required for successful feature launches.

• Lead and develop direct reports by establishing clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting career development and growth opportunities.

• Apply analytical and business judgment to balance customer needs, technical considerations, product opportunities, and broader organizational outcomes.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional Product Management experience, including at least 1 year managing and developing a product team.

• Familiarity with Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding methodologies and Risk Adjustment Factor (RAF) score calculations within the Medicare Advantage space.

• Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle and experience managing Scrum processes.

• Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients, manage escalations, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to navigate ambiguous or complex problem spaces.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate product decisions against broader business objectives.

• Proactive, curious, and motivated to learn new technologies, methodologies, and domain knowledge.

• Working knowledge of SQL and JIRA.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders with minimal managerial oversight.

• Preferred experience developing data-heavy front-end analytics applications.

• Preferred experience building healthcare revenue, RAF analytics, or revenue cycle management products.

• Familiarity with X12 837/834 EDI standards is a plus.

• Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.

• Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining strong collaboration across distributed teams.
