About this role
Accountabilities: • Manage client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through ongoing engagement and renewal.
• Build strong working relationships with underwriters, analysts, product stakeholders, and other client contacts.
• Drive product adoption and workflow integration, helping clients incorporate solutions effectively into their day-to-day processes.
• Conduct regular client touchpoints, manage follow-ups, and ensure key client priorities and action items continue to progress.
• Support business reviews by connecting product usage, adoption, and outcomes to broader client objectives.
• Monitor usage trends and client health indicators to identify areas where clients are achieving value and where additional support may be required.
• Translate client goals and challenges into measurable outcomes and help demonstrate the business value of the solutions.
• Gather and communicate client feedback, needs, and challenges to internal teams to help coordinate appropriate responses and improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk Analytics, Data Science, Support, Marketing, and other teams to deliver a strong client experience.
• Identify opportunities for deeper product adoption, expanded usage, and account growth.
• Collaborate with senior Client Success leaders on strategic client initiatives and broader team priorities.
• Use AI tools and automation where appropriate to streamline routine activities and improve day-to-day effectiveness.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Client Success, account management, consulting, or within the property and casualty (P&C) insurance ecosystem.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and a genuine interest in building long-term professional relationships.
• Ability to understand client challenges, ask thoughtful questions, and develop a strong understanding of business needs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data, trends, and client health indicators.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and follow-ups effectively.
• Curiosity about insurance workflows, analytics, technology, and AI-driven solutions.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn insurance processes, industry concepts, and new products.
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and coordinate internal resources around client needs.
• Interest in using AI tools to automate routine work, increase efficiency, and improve productivity.
• Deep insurance expertise is not required, provided you bring relevant client-facing experience and a strong willingness to learn.
