Fullstack AI Engineer - (JR/PL)

Accountabilities: • Build and evolve AI Agents and AI-powered automations to solve practical business and technical problems.

• Participate in the development of MVPs and POCs , balancing experimentation, learning, and delivery.

• Integrate systems through REST APIs and design automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms .

• Develop applications and supporting solutions using TypeScript and/or Flutter .

• Incorporate modern AI development tools, including solutions such as Claude, Codex, and similar technologies , into the development workflow.

• Explore and apply emerging AI tools, frameworks, trends, and engineering best practices.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing solutions, identifying technical and functional opportunities.

• Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, quality assurance, and ongoing support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in potential international interactions across Latin America.

Requirements

• Initial hands-on experience with AI-powered automations or AI Agents .

• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or similar tools .

• Practical interest in applied AI, LLMs, automations, and agent-based architectures .

• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.

• Experience with TypeScript and/or Flutter .

• Basic knowledge of data engineering concepts.

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field .

• Strong ownership and accountability for technical delivery.

• Curious, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.

• Ability to identify opportunities for technical and functional improvements.

• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks is a plus.

• Experience with AWS, Python, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or agent-to-tool integration architectures is desirable.

• Knowledge of structuring and using data for AI and LLM applications is an advantage.

• Additional language skills are a plus, although fluency in another language is not required.
