About this role

Accountabilities • Build, manage, and continuously develop a targeted pipeline of major enterprise prospects across the assigned South American market or vertical.

• Create account strategies and structured weekly activity plans focused on priority organizations and new-business acquisition.

• Own complex SaaS sales cycles, typically lasting nine months or longer, while coordinating multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Establish and develop trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders across operations, safety, technology, and commercial functions.

• Conduct effective discovery and qualification to understand customer needs, challenges, priorities, and strategic objectives.

• Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial strategies that clearly connect SaaS solutions to customer business and operational value.

• Partner closely with BDRs to generate qualified opportunities and maintain a consistent, disciplined prospecting cadence.

• Use LinkedIn and other relevant channels to identify, engage, and nurture prospective enterprise customers.

• Lead negotiations and navigate complex procurement, stakeholder, and commercial processes through to successful close.

• Maintain accurate CRM records covering pipeline activity, opportunity progression, forecasts, and account information.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, market developments, risks, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams on sales initiatives, product launches, and customer-specific solutions.

• Consistently work toward or exceed agreed revenue targets while following established sales processes and operating standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven success selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions.

• Strong track record of winning new logos and generating net-new enterprise revenue.

• Consistent quota achievement, ideally delivering 80–100%+ of target across multiple years.

• Demonstrated experience closing high-value enterprise deals of US$200K or more.

• Proven ability to manage and close complex enterprise sales cycles lasting nine months or longer.

• Strong executive selling skills, with the ability to engage, influence, negotiate, and build credibility with senior decision-makers.

• Strategic and disciplined approach to prospecting, qualification, account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.

• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, procurement processes, negotiations, and enterprise buying structures.

• Excellent commercial judgment and strong ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into compelling business value.

• Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese .

• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, persistence, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
