About this role
Accountabilities: • Develop and execute regional digital marketing strategies that amplify global and regional campaigns across target markets and audiences.
• Partner with field marketing teams to understand sub-regional requirements and provide strategic and tactical digital marketing support.
• Design and activate account-based marketing programs that support customer acquisition, engagement, lifecycle development, and retention.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across SEM, SEO, paid social, display, email, programmatic, and other digital channels.
• Develop channel optimisation strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, performance, and consistency across the region.
• Establish structured processes and documentation to strengthen collaboration and enable repeatable digital marketing practices.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor digital marketing trends across APJ and identify new opportunities, technologies, and approaches to test and scale.
• Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators including CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
• Use platforms such as GA4, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, and marketing automation tools to generate actionable performance insights.
• Collaborate with marketing analytics teams to develop reliable reporting frameworks and proactively identify gaps against regional targets.
• Work with global, regional, and local marketing and product teams to align digital media strategies with business priorities.
• Advocate for regional customer needs and ensure digital experiences, content, and campaigns are relevant to local audiences.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, prioritise regional needs, and help scale effective digital programs.
• Support the development of a high-performing demand creation function through effective prioritisation, collaboration, creativity, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology or a related industry across Asia-Pacific.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEM, SEO, paid media, social media, email, programmatic, content marketing, 6Sense, Demandbase, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms such as GA4, Marketo, and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, performance optimisation, and data-driven marketing decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment.
• Strong English communication, writing, and copy-editing skills.
• Ability to adapt digital strategies to different regional markets, customer segments, and audience needs.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across global, regional, local, marketing, product, analytics, and sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build, guide, or influence high-performing teams, directly or indirectly.
• Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to take responsibility for regional demand creation initiatives and drive them through execution.
• Ability to prioritise effectively, balance competing regional requirements, and focus resources on the highest-impact activities.
• Creative and analytical approach to identifying opportunities, testing new ideas, and scaling successful programs.
• Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering high-quality digital experiences and relevant content throughout the customer journey.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, projects, or other in-person engagements.
• The role is remotely based in India, with eligibility focused on Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, or Delhi.
