Project Manager - Marketing & Creative

Accountabilities: • Manage multiple marketing and creative projects across direct-to-consumer brands and marketing teams.

• Coordinate TikTok Shop campaigns, creators, affiliates, user-generated content, and creative production.

• Work closely with paid media, social media, e-commerce, and creative teams to coordinate project requirements and execution.

• Establish and manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.

• Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns across Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, and TikTok Shop.

• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement workflow improvements to keep initiatives moving efficiently.

• Keep internal stakeholders informed of project status, priorities, risks, and upcoming deadlines.

• Ensure campaigns, launches, and ongoing marketing initiatives are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management or marketing operations.

• Direct professional experience working for or with direct-to-consumer (DTC) companies is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop is required.

• Strong understanding of DTC marketing, e-commerce operations, creative production, and paid advertising.

• Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, user-generated content, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.

• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and moving parts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and develop practical solutions.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication and accountability.

• General corporate project management experience without direct DTC and TikTok Shop experience does not meet the core requirements for this position.
