About this role

Accountabilities • Lead performance marketing projects of varying complexity, delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on testing, experimentation, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving.

• Execute, maintain, and scale performance marketing accounts while protecting positive ROI and aligning campaigns with client business objectives.

• Manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic, TikTok, X, Spotify, and other relevant channels.

• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular touchpoints, asynchronous collaboration, and strategic recommendations.

• Anticipate client needs and provide practical solutions that support sustainable business growth.

• Lead projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, delegation, quality control, and coordination with more junior team members.

• Mentor, train, and support team members, helping them develop their performance marketing capabilities and achieve career growth goals.

• Use advanced analytics and reporting to identify opportunities, assess performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

• Build or improve dashboards, reporting systems, and automated processes to make performance analysis more efficient.

• Contribute to quarterly planning and broader strategic initiatives that help clients grow their businesses.

• Act as a key contributor to the development of performance marketing expertise, services, processes, and internal capabilities.

• Collaborate with wider teams to align individual projects and contributions with broader business and program objectives.

• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing by helping new team members understand processes, standards, and performance marketing practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience executing, maintaining, and scaling performance marketing accounts with approximately $100K–$200K USD in monthly media spend , consistently delivering positive ROI.

• Strong hands-on experience managing paid media across multiple platforms simultaneously, such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic, TikTok, X, Spotify, and similar channels.

• Experience managing performance marketing campaigns across different business models and verticals, including eCommerce and lead generation.

• Proven ability to lead performance marketing projects from start to finish, including delegation and coordination with junior team members.

• Experience directly mentoring, coaching, training, or developing team members and supporting their career progression.

• Advanced analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Ability to extract, organize, analyze, and interpret data from advertising platforms, analytics systems, and business intelligence tools.

• Experience building dashboards or automating manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.

• Proven client-facing experience, including managing weekly meetings, asynchronous communication, strategic recommendations, and long-term client relationships.

• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate performance data into recommendations that support client growth.

• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while supporting and developing others.

• Strong ownership mindset, curiosity, accountability, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating effectively across distributed teams.

• Professional English proficiency sufficient for client and team communication, as the interview process and day-to-day collaboration are conducted in English.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.

• Total compensation: MXN $600,000–$700,000 annually, plus benefits.

• New-hire starting compensation: MXN $600,000–$675,000 annually, plus competitive benefits.
