About this role

Accountabilities: • Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, deliverables, and budgets for IT infrastructure initiatives.

• Lead project execution and track progress against agreed schedules, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.

• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, technology, and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation based on project requirements.

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential blockers, implementing mitigation plans and escalating matters when appropriate.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams, management, vendors, service providers, and other internal stakeholders.

• Manage vendor and service-provider relationships, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, contract-related discussions, and service expectations.

• Establish and oversee project quality-control processes to ensure deliverables meet defined requirements, standards, and business expectations.

• Prepare regular project status reports, progress updates, and management communications covering milestones, risks, budgets, and key decisions.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, processes, decisions, outcomes, and lessons learned.

• Coordinate multiple priorities and ensure project activities remain aligned with broader business and infrastructure objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Master's degree and/or professional certifications such as PMP or CAPM are highly desirable.

• At least 7 years of IT project management experience , with a strong focus on infrastructure-related projects.

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, databases, cloud services, and related enterprise systems.

• Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and software used to plan, track, and report on project delivery.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate technical teams and manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities, including the ability to set expectations and communicate complex project information clearly.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, risk-management, and negotiation skills.

• Experience managing vendors and external service providers, including resolving delivery or performance issues.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective collaboration with distributed teams.

• Commitment to staying current with developments in IT infrastructure technologies and modern project management methodologies.
