About this role

Accountabilities: • Design high-impact B2B marketing collateral, with a strong focus on multi-page editorial assets such as eBooks, whitepapers, one-pagers, case studies, reports, and presentation decks.

• Build and maintain scalable Adobe InDesign templates, including master pages, character and paragraph styles, grid systems, and other visual frameworks.

• Create digital and print creative for integrated marketing campaigns, including social media assets, advertising graphics, and website visuals.

• Translate complex technical concepts, product workflows, and data insights into clear custom illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets.

• Advise internal teams and clients during creative meetings and feedback sessions, recommending design approaches that support campaign strategies and business objectives.

• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to interpret creative briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver production-ready assets.

• Maintain strong visual consistency, brand integrity, and production quality across multiple client accounts and deliverables.

• Adapt quickly to different client brand guidelines, design systems, technical specifications, and project requirements.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while maintaining a high standard of creative execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in a B2B, agency, technology-focused, freelance, or contract environment.

• Proven expertise in editorial and layout design for digital publications, including eBooks, whitepapers, reports, one-pagers, and similar long-form content.

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign, including master pages, style sheets, grid systems, and document template development.

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

• Portfolio demonstrating B2B technology-focused brand campaigns, editorial design, and data visualization.

• Ability to translate complex technical information into visually engaging and easily understood creative assets.

• Strong client-facing communication skills, with the confidence to present creative concepts, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback constructively.

• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize overlapping projects and manage deadlines in a remote environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, strategy, account management, and project management teams.

• Availability to align working hours with North American Eastern Time for project check-ins and client feedback sessions.

• Ability to provide and maintain a professional workstation and required hardware.

• Ability to maintain active licenses for required design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
