About this role
Accountabilities: • Manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic client accounts, overseeing the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of digital and retail media campaigns.
• Translate client objectives into actionable advertising strategies designed to improve performance and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across major digital advertising and retail media platforms, managing budgets, bids, creatives, and performance.
• Use platform expertise and available tools to optimize client programs and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers by providing regular reporting, performance insights, and recommendations for growth and improvement.
• Create, present, and execute media strategies tailored to clients across different industries and product categories.
• Partner with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, Product teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-impact media programs.
• Monitor digital marketing and retail media trends, advertising formats, platform developments, and industry best practices.
• Educate clients on platform changes, emerging opportunities, and effective retail media and digital advertising practices.
• Leverage AI, data, and automation to streamline workflows, accelerate analysis, improve decision-making, and scale client impact while maintaining appropriate quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic advertising plans with measurable improvements in client performance.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Walmart Connect for multiple clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to use performance data to inform campaign and client strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights related to campaign performance, channel health, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and forecasts and making data-driven decisions to maximize efficiency and achieve performance targets.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong AI fluency, including experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, automation, documentation, communication, or workflow efficiency.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Agency experience and experience working in an agency or SaaS environment are strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising is preferred.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and attribution models is an advantage.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
Benefits:
• Base salary range of $65,000–$88,000 USD per year across U.S. locations, with final compensation based on factors including location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
