• Lead, coach, and develop field and office personnel, including supervisors and coordinators, through clear expectations, regular feedback, training, and career development.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments, including resource planning, effort estimation, progress tracking, scheduling, and delivery problem resolution.
• Strong knowledge of survey fundamentals, including survey control, coordinate systems, datums, units, calculations, boundary surveying, and topographic surveying.
• Working knowledge of GNSS/RTK, total stations, survey data processing, and CAD workflows sufficient to plan work, evaluate deliverables, and identify technical issues requiring PLS/RPLS direction.

• Demonstrated people-leadership skills, including delegation, coaching, performance management, team development, and accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in environments involving changing schedules, rural field conditions, tight deadlines, and evolving project requirements.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, field personnel, clients, and leadership.
• Experience using project, timekeeping, and resource information to assess progress, utilization, remaining work, and rework.
• Advanced experience with Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS platforms, or survey databases is preferred.
