Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.

• At least 3 years of experience conducting power system studies for mid-level positions, or typically 6 or more years for senior-level positions.

• Hands-on experience with electrical modeling and analysis software such as SKM Power Tools, ETAP, EasyPower, or equivalent platforms.

• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and design criteria relevant to power systems and data centers, including NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, IEEE 1584, and ANSI standards.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within two years of employment. An incentive bonus may be available for obtaining the license.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to technical detail.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop junior engineers while fostering a strong engineering culture.

• A client-focused, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify client needs, build lasting relationships, and recognize opportunities for business growth.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10%–20%, with assignments ranging from several days to several weeks depending on project and client requirements.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

• Ability to meet applicable pre-employment and ongoing screening requirements, including drug and alcohol screening, background checks, and periodic motor vehicle record reviews.

Benefits:

• Annual salary: Estimated range of $84,000–$160,800, depending on relevant skills, experience, geographic location, and internal equity.

• Professional development: Opportunities to strengthen technical expertise, develop leadership skills, and mentor early-career engineers.

• PE licensure incentive: An incentive bonus may be available for obtaining a Professional Engineer license.

• Work flexibility: Remote work may be available from eligible U.S. locations, with office-based opportunities in select locations.

• Technical variety: Exposure to large-scale data center and mission-critical projects for clients with demanding reliability and availability requirements.

• Career growth: Opportunities to contribute to an expanding engineering team, improve technical standards, and support business development.

• Additional benefits: Other employee benefits may be available; specific healthcare, retirement, paid leave, and additional benefit details were not provided in the job listing.
