• Develop and execute territory, account, and opportunity plans aligned with revenue objectives and customer priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and senior decision-makers across business and technical functions.
• Lead discovery conversations, understand customer requirements, qualify opportunities, and communicate tailored solutions and value propositions.
• Position solutions effectively against competitive offerings, including Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, while articulating the broader value of partner services.
• Coordinate and lead virtual teams of sales engineers, partner managers, professional services, deal desk, marketing, business value, and customer success resources.
• Work collaboratively with channel partners to develop joint account strategies, marketing activities, pipeline, and customer engagement plans.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunity data, activity records, relationship maps, and pipeline information in Salesforce and other sales-management tools.
• Develop account plans for priority customers and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and increase customer value.
• Establish a focused portfolio of priority accounts, including high-potential strategic opportunities, and develop actionable engagement strategies for each.
• Present territory plans, forecasts, pipeline strategies, and business recommendations to sales leadership.
• Maintain an active pipeline and continuously refine go-to-market strategies, messaging, competitive positioning, and partner engagement approaches.
• Lead a consistent operating cadence with internal and partner resources to ensure accountability and progress across opportunities.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, business development, or a comparable technology sales environment.
• Demonstrated success owning complex, consultative sales cycles and consistently working toward or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience selling technology solutions to government organizations, ideally within the Canadian Federal Government sector.
• Strong understanding of enterprise identity, cybersecurity, SaaS, or related technology solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in clear business terms.
• Ability to confidently position solutions against major competitors and articulate differentiated value to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop territory plans, account strategies, opportunity plans, forecasts, and pipeline-growth initiatives.
• Strong partner-management and channel-selling experience, with the ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders around shared opportunities.
• Excellent discovery, presentation, negotiation, communication, and executive-engagement skills.
• Highly collaborative approach, with the ability to act as the central coordinator for a multidisciplinary virtual sales team rather than operating independently.
• Strong commercial judgment, initiative, accountability, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales forecasting/reporting tools, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, sales, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% annually for customer, partner, and business engagements.
Benefits
• Base salary of approximately CAD $166,450 , with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience, skills, location, market conditions, and internal equity.
• Eligibility for a corporate bonus plan or role-specific sales commission.
• Potential eligibility for equity participation.
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
• Life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage for employees and eligible family members.
• Paid holidays and sick leave.
• Employee Assistance Program and care counseling resources.
• Full-time opportunity with a remote work arrangement based in Canada.
• Opportunity to work with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Professional development and enablement opportunities through structured sales milestones and internal training.
• Approximately 50% business travel, providing opportunities for direct customer and partner engagement.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
