Creator Campaign Coordinator

Accountabilities • Identify and evaluate creators for paid campaigns based on brand fit, content quality, audience relevance, and campaign requirements.

• Manage creator outreach and follow-up across email, SMS, and social channels, ensuring campaigns are staffed efficiently and deadlines are met.

• Coordinate creator agreements and onboarding, including contract distribution, signature collection, documentation, and campaign requirements.

• Manage product logistics with participating creators and confirm product receipt ahead of content-production timelines.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for creators during active campaigns, providing timely, professional support and resolving operational questions.

• Track contracted deliverables from campaign kickoff through final posting, proactively following up with creators to keep timelines and quality standards on track.

• Support creator payment workflows by ensuring required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

• Maintain accurate campaign records, trackers, and creator information while providing regular status updates to the Creator Management team.

• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to identify operational risks, resolve issues, and keep creator campaigns moving smoothly from start to finish.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience at an influencer marketing, UGC, creator management, or talent agency, with direct responsibility for paid creator partnerships.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high volume of concurrent creator collaborations while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal English at C1 level or above, as creator and internal communications are conducted in English.

• Exceptional organization, follow-through, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

• Professional and relationship-oriented communication style, with the confidence to hold creators accountable for deadlines and quality while maintaining positive working relationships.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project trackers, CRM systems, or creator-management platforms.

• Ability to work hours aligned with US Eastern Time.

• Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or social commerce is a plus.

• Familiarity with creator discovery and campaign management platforms is desirable.

• Experience supporting US beauty, personal care, or consumer packaged goods brands is an advantage.
