Senior Software Engineer 1 (Java Fullstack)

Accountabilities • Design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performance software systems that meet business objectives and technical requirements.

• Build and enhance integration services and interoperability solutions that support seamless healthcare data exchange.

• Contribute to the evolution of API ecosystems and integration platforms, ensuring critical medical information can be exchanged efficiently and securely.

• Take ownership of technical deliverables, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met and proactively addressing issues when outcomes deviate from expectations.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional stakeholders across geographies to establish and maintain a consistent technical direction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 6 years of software development experience, including a demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership.

• Strong proficiency in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, SQL, and RESTful services.

• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and integration services.

• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Strong understanding of software architecture, API development, application performance, and engineering best practices.

• Ability to work across the full stack, including backend development, frontend implementation, and operational or DevOps activities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and colleagues across different geographic locations.
