Consultor SAP Basis Pleno

Accountabilities: • Act as a technical focal point between business and technical teams, translating needs and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

• Evaluate and recommend technologies, practices, and innovative tools to optimize SAP environments.

• Participate actively in project meetings, providing technical guidance and ensuring consistency across proposed solutions.

• Provide consultative support for infrastructure decisions and SAP implementation strategies.

• Develop and maintain detailed technical and architectural documentation.

• Provide high-level support for the resolution of complex and critical technical issues, helping maintain business continuity.

• Monitor industry trends and best practices and contribute ideas that promote innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a mid-level SAP Basis Consultant .

• Strong understanding of SAP components and environments, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori , and related technologies.

• Practical experience with cloud solutions, particularly SAP RISE , with knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform .

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, influence different audiences, and provide technical leadership.

• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong argumentation and presentation abilities, combined with creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach.

• Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to investigate and resolve complex infrastructure challenges.

• SAP certifications and experience working on international projects are considered valuable differentiators.
