About this role
Accountabilities • Lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic marketing strategies, product launches, and campaigns designed to support growth and strengthen market positioning.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives, product offerings, client utilization and adoption, market positioning, and customer needs.
• Translate business and market insights into clear, compelling, defensible, and differentiated marketing strategies and messaging.
• Provide strategic writing expertise and creative direction while ensuring key messages remain consistent across marketing materials and channels.
• Monitor market conditions, competitive dynamics, and relevant trends to inform audience-specific messaging, tactics, and distribution strategies.
• Own the prioritization and execution of strategic and departmental initiatives, managing multiple projects and competing deadlines without compromising quality.
• Partner across departments to drive enterprise initiatives and ensure marketing deliverables support broader organizational objectives.
• Provide mentorship, subject-matter expertise, and strategic guidance to less experienced marketing team members.
• Facilitate collaboration, build consensus, resolve conflicts, and establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Maintain compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, security, and internal policy requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience; a high school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in related marketing roles, including B2B marketing, product marketing, communications, or comparable strategic marketing functions.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, product launches, and positioning initiatives.
• Strong ability to understand business needs and translate complex information into effective marketing strategies and audience-appropriate communications.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to establish credibility with senior leadership, facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and build consensus across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives with senior-management stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Preferred experience in the health insurance or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) industry .
• Preferred experience in brand development and positioning, as well as leadership or people-management responsibilities.
• An MBA or MBC is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt effectively to changing priorities.
