• Build and implement scalable partnership frameworks, operating models, and standardized processes that replace one-off approaches and enable consistent execution across multiple customer accounts.

• Establish accountable partner execution plans and ensure partnership activities remain aligned with regional market priorities, sales opportunities, and customer requirements.

• Analyze partner performance, market friction, and operational constraints to determine where partnership strategies should be scaled, adjusted, maintained, or expanded.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and Finance at key review milestones to develop rigorous, data-backed business cases and recommendations.

• Validate partnership contributions through measurable commercial pipeline, technical capabilities, customer delivery outcomes, or other agreed success metrics.

• Influence stakeholders across International Growth, Sales, Product, Technical, and Finance teams without relying on direct reporting authority.

• Represent the organization with senior international military, government, enterprise, and coalition stakeholders, communicating partnership strategies and business priorities with clarity and credibility.

• Establish repeatable partner engagement models and workflows that improve execution across international customer opportunities.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in partnership management, alliance development, strategic business development, or Go-to-Market execution, ideally within international markets, defense technology, enterprise SaaS, or complex government sectors.

• Demonstrated experience building partnership strategies from the ground up, including identifying priority markets and partners, establishing initial relationships, and developing scalable models for growth.

• Strong functional expertise with the ability to provide strategic direction and design sophisticated solutions for complex, multi-variable international GTM challenges.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate complex alternatives, identify operational constraints, and develop innovative partnership approaches.

• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence distributed teams and senior stakeholders across commercial, technical, product, finance, and operational functions.

• Track record of creating metric-driven partnership programs that generate measurable commercial opportunities, technical capabilities, or customer delivery success.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the executive presence required to engage senior military, government, enterprise, and international stakeholders.

• Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as partner relationship management platforms and modern collaboration tools.

• Experience within defense technology ecosystems, military planning environments, international allied frameworks, or related government sectors is preferred.

• Experience developing international channel, technical integration, co-selling, or strategic alliance programs from early-stage initiatives into scalable global operations is highly valued.

• Knowledge of international business development and procurement environments across regions such as Europe, Asia-Pacific, or the Middle East is preferred.

• Experience working in high-growth, venture-backed technology organizations with complex GTM or partnership functions is a plus.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 50%–75% of the time to meet with customers and partners.

• Valid passport or ability to obtain one promptly.

• Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required for the role.

Benefits:

• Annual compensation of $190,000–$220,000 , with additional opportunities for equity and bonus compensation.

• Equity participation, providing an opportunity to share in the organization’s long-term success.

• Remote-first work environment with flexible working hours.

• Unlimited paid time off.

• Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.

• 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.

• 8 weeks of parental leave at 100% pay , regardless of state.

• Annual company summit and retreat opportunities.

• $1,000 annual home office budget for workspace improvements and equipment.

• Opportunity to work on high-impact international initiatives spanning defense, technology, government, and complex operational environments.

• Significant exposure to senior international stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams.
