• Measurement and Data Quality Evaluation: Assess whether the current analytics implementation aligns with business measurement objectives and relevant industry best practices. Identify inconsistencies, data-quality concerns, and opportunities to improve measurement reliability.
• Tracking and Tag Management Review: Examine Adobe Launch configurations and data-collection components, as well as any Tealium integrations or dependencies that influence the analytics environment.

• Technical Documentation: Document the current analytics architecture, configuration, and data collection processes, translating technical observations into clear, actionable findings.
• Strategic Recommendations: Develop prioritized recommendations outlining which elements should be retained, improved, or investigated further to strengthen the client's measurement foundation and support future digital experience modernization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting team and client stakeholders to communicate findings, explain technical considerations, and clarify the implications for analytics, personalization, and reporting.
• Presentation of Findings: Present assessment results and recommendations alongside team members, ensuring that both technical and nontechnical audiences understand the current state and recommended next steps.
• Engagement Delivery: Complete the assessment independently within the agreed consulting scope, timeline, and hour budget, with a concentrated initial workload followed by flexible support as needed.
Requirements

• Analytics Implementation Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital analytics architecture, data collection, data structures, tracking configurations, and reporting methodologies used to understand customer journeys.
• Technical Assessment Skills: A systematic, detail-oriented approach to reviewing platform configurations and validating implementation quality, measurement accuracy, and data integrity.
• Tracking and Tag Management: Experience evaluating digital tracking implementations and identifying missing or inconsistent event measurement. Familiarity with Adobe Launch and Tealium or comparable tag-management platforms is preferred.
• Certification: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to investigate complex analytics issues, distinguish between symptoms and underlying causes, and develop practical recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Communication and Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Consulting Experience: Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and contribute with minimal onboarding within a defined consulting engagement.
• Documentation Skills: Proven ability to produce clear assessment reports, organize findings, and prioritize recommendations according to their business impact and implementation needs.
• Availability and Work Arrangement: Ability to support a remote, short-term engagement lasting approximately 6–8 weeks, with an estimated total commitment of 45–55 hours. The workload is expected to be concentrated during the first 2–3 weeks before tapering to limited, flexible hours.

• Competitive Hourly Compensation: Estimated rate of $80–$92 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
• Remote Work: Flexibility to work remotely from the United States.
• Short-Term Engagement: An approximately 6–8-week consulting assignment with a clearly defined scope and estimated workload of 45–55 total hours.
• Flexible Scheduling: A front-loaded schedule during the initial assessment phase, followed by a lighter, more flexible workload as the engagement progresses.
• Specialized Professional Experience: Opportunity to apply advanced Adobe CJA expertise to a higher-education digital modernization initiative.
• Meaningful Business Impact: Help strengthen analytics foundations, improve measurement quality, and inform future digital experience and personalization decisions.
• Collaborative Environment: Work alongside experienced analytics consultants and engage directly with client stakeholders.
• Professional Development: Gain further experience in analytics assessment, implementation evaluation, technical consulting, and stakeholder communication.
