About this role
Accountabilities • Identify and develop new RPA opportunities across healthcare organizations, treatment facilities, program offices, and other supported groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with organizational leaders, process owners, and key stakeholders to understand operational challenges and automation needs.
• Conduct initial process-discovery discussions to assess workflows, pain points, workloads, and desired outcomes.
• Determine whether processes are suitable candidates for automation based on factors such as volume, repetition, standardization, manual effort, and error risk.
• Partner with technical teams and business analysts to assess the feasibility, value, and requirements of prospective automation opportunities.
• Guide prospective customers through the appropriate RPA intake and service-request processes and maintain engagement throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Develop and execute outreach and awareness strategies, including briefings, demonstrations, webinars, roadshows, conferences, and leadership engagements.
• Create customer-facing presentations, capability briefs, one-pagers, success stories, use cases, and other promotional materials highlighting the value of automation.
• Coordinate demonstrations of existing automation solutions and communicate measurable benefits such as labor savings, improved accuracy, faster processing, and stronger compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the RPA team during early-stage discovery, ensuring expectations, requirements, and next steps are clearly communicated.
• Track outreach activity, customer engagements, qualified opportunities, intake submissions, and projects entering the development pipeline.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and engagement metrics and provide recurring status reports to program leadership.
• Document projected and realized business benefits and use customer feedback and engagement data to recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to replicate successful automation solutions across organizations with similar processes.
• Support content and communications for approved websites, collaboration platforms, and other RPA awareness channels.
Requirements
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to maintain the required clearance.
• Experience in customer engagement, account management, marketing, program support, business development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, senior stakeholders, and business process owners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations, capability briefings, demonstrations, and other customer-facing materials.
• Ability to identify business challenges and translate them into potential technology, automation, or process-improvement opportunities.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements and prospective opportunities simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with robotic process automation, intelligent automation, workflow automation, digital transformation, or business process improvement is preferred.
• Experience supporting federal healthcare, Department of Defense, military treatment facilities, or other federal organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with UiPath or comparable RPA platforms is a plus.
• Experience with CRM, opportunity tracking, pipeline management, SharePoint, Power Platform, or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Experience conducting business process discovery or evaluating workflows for automation potential is preferred.
• Ability to recognize processes that are repetitive, rules-based, high-volume, time-consuming, error-prone, or dependent on manual data entry and system transfers.
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with program, technical, and customer teams.
