Graphic Designer Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Accountabilities: • Analyze AI-generated graphics and evaluate their composition, visual hierarchy, typography, color usage, and overall design quality.

• Assess visual content for accuracy, usability, stylistic consistency, and adherence to established graphic design principles.

• Annotate design errors and identify issues related to layout, color systems, typography, composition, and visual communication.

• Provide expert feedback that helps improve the quality and visual reasoning of AI-generated content.

• Collaborate with project teams to refine prompts, evaluation processes, and design quality guidelines.

• Apply professional knowledge of graphic design across both print and digital formats.

• Evaluate creative concepts and visual outputs using established design standards and professional judgment.

• Contribute specialized insights that help AI systems better recognize and interpret effective visual design practices.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a closely related creative field.

• Strong expertise in layout design, composition, visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and creative concept development.

• Proficiency with industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX-related design is an advantage.

• Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro and motion graphics is a plus.

• Additional experience in social media content creation, video editing, illustration, or photography is beneficial.

• Strong creative judgment and the ability to critically evaluate visual work against professional design standards.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when identifying visual inconsistencies or design issues.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide precise and constructive feedback.

• Comfort working with AI tools and reviewing AI-generated creative content.

• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment and meet project expectations consistently.
