About this role

Accountabilities • Own the strategy and development of a differentiated media and content brand, establishing an editorial voice, recurring programming, and an engaged global audience.

• Lead and develop the content team while building an AI-first operating system that transforms company initiatives and industry conversations into repeatable media opportunities.

• Build and manage a podcast platform, including editorial direction, formats, guest strategy, production, distribution, audience development, and performance measurement.

• Develop podcast, video, editorial, newsletter, interview, research, event, and social programming featuring executives, customers, partners, industry experts, and other influential voices.

• Turn product launches, partnerships, customer stories, fundraising announcements, company milestones, and industry developments into compelling multi-channel content.

• Own the full content lifecycle, from editorial planning and production through publishing, distribution, audience development, measurement, and optimization.

• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Communications, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to translate business priorities into effective content programs.

• Leverage AI tools and automation across research, transcription, drafting, video clipping, repurposing, translation, publishing, analytics, and workflow management.

• Establish repeatable processes that maximize the impact of source material across blogs, LinkedIn, X, video, podcasts, newsletters, customer communications, websites, presentations, and case studies.

• Own content distribution and audience-development strategies across owned, earned, executive, partner, and social channels.

• Develop executive thought leadership strategies and establish consistent, differentiated narratives across founders and senior leaders.

• Establish editorial standards, governance processes, production workflows, asset-management systems, and performance-reporting frameworks.

• Define and monitor success metrics covering brand reach, audience growth, engagement, content performance, podcast listenership, media influence, and contribution to business growth.

• Build and scale a high-performing content and media organization over time.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in content marketing, including 3+ years leading and building teams within a high-growth B2B technology or fintech environment.

• Exceptional storytelling, editorial judgment, and the ability to build trust with a global audience across multiple formats and channels.

• Strong operational and execution skills, with the ability to establish processes and playbooks from the ground up.

• Deep experience with AI-native content creation tools, marketing automation, and technology-enabled content workflows.

• Proven experience developing executive thought leadership and category-defining narratives.

• Strong data-driven mindset, with an emphasis on business impact, audience growth, performance, and cost efficiency rather than content volume alone.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary content programs spanning editorial, multimedia, social, and distribution channels.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align priorities, articulate strategy, and incorporate feedback.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.

• Experience in fintech, financial services, developer tools, or another technical industry where complex subjects must be made accessible without sacrificing credibility is a plus.

• Hands-on experience building podcast-first or multimedia content programs is desirable.

• Experience establishing and leading a content team from an early stage is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the developer ecosystem, investing infrastructure, or related technology markets is a plus.
