About this role

Accountabilities • Lead the strategy and execution of the cloud partnership, with a focus on scalable and repeatable revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the cloud partner and internal teams, including executive and product leadership.

• Secure executive alignment around partnership priorities, joint business plans, and strategic opportunities.

• Identify, develop, and accelerate co-selling opportunities across the hyperscaler ecosystem.

• Enable and coach internal sales teams on partner-led selling motions, ensuring they can effectively leverage available programs and resources.

• Develop joint go-to-market plans with industry, regional partner development, and sales field teams.

• Leverage cloud partner programs and platforms, including co-sell, funding, marketplace, and partner relationship management programs, to generate pipeline and revenue.

• Act as the primary connection between the cloud partner, internal sales teams, and strategic accounts throughout active opportunities.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to define integration priorities and advance a technically grounded partnership roadmap.

• Collaborate with marketing teams on joint campaigns, demand-generation initiatives, and awareness-building programs.

• Own partner pipeline forecasting and performance reporting, providing leadership with accurate insights for planning and resource allocation.

• Monitor alliance KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement improvements to strengthen the partnership.

• Use AI, automation, and creative problem-solving to develop scalable workflows, tools, and enablement programs rather than relying on manual processes.

• Monitor relevant product launches, technology changes, and partner leadership developments and communicate important updates to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, integrations, sales, or account management.

• Demonstrated success building and growing an AWS partnership, including developing joint go-to-market models.

• Current experience within the AWS partner ecosystem, with the ability to expand ownership into GCP and Microsoft Marketplace partnerships as the business grows.

• Proven ability to generate revenue growth and accelerate deals through hyperscaler marketplaces and partner ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of cloud co-sell programs and the ability to navigate complex multi-partner opportunities.

• Experience managing high-profile partnerships with technology, cloud, marketplace, or strategic ecosystem partners.

• Strong business planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and analytical skills.

• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, engineering, marketing, and executive teams.

• Comfortable operating in an environment that requires initiative, adaptability, and strategic thinking.

• B2B SaaS or digital marketing industry experience is advantageous.

• Experience working with additional ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud/GCP, Red Hat, CDW, or SAP is a plus.
