Accountabilities: • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scalable test solutions that support complex enterprise applications.

• Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enable reliable, repeatable, and efficient software releases.

• Collaborate closely with software developers, quality assurance engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify quality requirements and establish appropriate testing approaches.

• Identify, investigate, document, and troubleshoot software defects, working with development teams to determine root causes and ensure timely resolution.

• Improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall software quality by identifying opportunities to optimize testing processes and frameworks.

• Contribute to quality engineering standards, best practices, and testing guidelines across the software development lifecycle.

• Evaluate modern testing tools, technologies, and engineering practices to improve productivity, reliability, and maintainability.

• Support the delivery of AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions by applying rigorous quality assurance practices and adapting testing strategies to evolving technical requirements.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability, helping teams deliver reliable software while maintaining development speed.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience in software development engineering in test (SDET), quality engineering, or test automation within complex software environments.

• Solid programming skills and experience developing maintainable automated testing solutions using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Good understanding of software development methodologies, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and quality assurance principles.

• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and working with modern development and deployment workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex defects, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary and distributed teams to establish testing strategies and deliver high-quality software.

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying risks, preventing defects, and improving test coverage.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly and work effectively with developers and other stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies, learn new tools, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
