Accountabilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes autonomously, from role briefing and profile alignment through sourcing, selection, and offer negotiation.

• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and providing a positive experience for both hiring leaders and candidates.

• Act as a consultative recruitment partner by challenging potential biases, sharing market intelligence on compensation, talent trends, and skill shortages, and developing tailored attraction strategies.

• Use proactive sourcing techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub to identify and engage passive talent, particularly for critical technology positions.

• Monitor recruitment KPIs and use data to identify opportunities and implement action plans that improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.

• Promote diverse and inclusive candidate shortlists and contribute to more equitable recruitment processes.

• Manage the ATS, preferably Gupy, ensuring data integrity and the correct progression of candidates through each recruitment stage.

• Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives, including the implementation of new tools, the use of AI in recruitment, process mapping, and continuous improvement projects.

• Identify operational challenges and propose innovative solutions based on data, context, and business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection for technology positions, with the flexibility to recruit across different technical areas.

• Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Gupy, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Experience or strong interest in project management, process mapping, and continuous improvement.

• Strong organizational and operational skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver consistently in agile and dynamic environments.

• Ability to analyze recruitment challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions based on the available information.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical professionals, executives, hiring managers, and candidates.

• Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, recruitment methodologies, and talent acquisition practices.

• Practical experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude to optimize recruitment and selection workflows.

• Strong understanding of candidate experience and inclusive recruitment practices.

• Availability and genuine interest in working in a temporary position lasting approximately six months.
