About this role
Accountabilities • Manage multiple health plan partnerships from implementation through ongoing program delivery, ensuring milestones, commitments, and expectations are consistently met.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day intermediary between health plan partners and internal teams, representing partner priorities across product, operations, member support, marketing, and clinical functions.
• Coordinate program delivery across multidisciplinary teams and maintain accountability for agreed KPIs, timelines, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with health plan stakeholders, building trust and identifying opportunities for greater value and collaboration.
• Partner with patient acquisition and marketing teams to execute payer penetration and growth strategies.
• Support health plan retention, renewals, and expansion into additional markets, states, and lines of business.
• Monitor contract adherence, utilization, financial performance, and other key partnership metrics.
• Develop and deliver high-quality client meeting agendas, reports, analytics, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze program performance to identify opportunities for operational improvement, innovation, and stronger value delivery.
• Support contracting conversations by providing subject-matter expertise on program delivery strategy, panel growth, operational customization, and outcome metrics.
• Identify partner needs and feedback and translate them into practical recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Manage implementation and account-management processes to position partners for successful program adoption and long-term performance.
• Navigate competing priorities and complex organizational structures while maintaining clear communication and accountability across stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience in healthcare, with experience working with managed care organizations or health plans strongly preferred.
• Experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and concurrent initiatives with different stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong project-management capabilities, including experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams against demanding timelines.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, particularly payer and provider organizations.
• Proven ability to establish trusted relationships and navigate complex organizations with multiple roles, responsibilities, and decision-makers.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop, interpret, and communicate program KPIs and performance insights.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that support operational excellence and client value.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create polished client-facing reports, agendas, and presentations.
• Ability to represent both partner needs and internal priorities thoughtfully and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and demonstrated commitment to the mission of improving access to effective care.

• Compensation: $88,000–$110,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

• Travel: Client travel is required at least quarterly, with reliable transportation and convenient airport access expected.
