About this role
Accountabilities: • Own full-cycle recruiting for marketing roles, from role definition and search strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner directly with senior marketing leaders and their teams to define roles, establish appropriate leveling, calibrate talent expectations, and develop effective search strategies.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing executives with market insights, candidate intelligence, data, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
• Architect structured search plans that identify potential bottlenecks early, establish clear expectations, and provide stakeholders with visibility into search progress.
• Develop and execute targeted, multi-channel sourcing strategies to consistently build strong marketing talent pipelines.
• Use recruiting data and real-time market signals to evaluate funnel performance, refine sourcing strategies, and support informed hiring decisions.
• Help improve hiring quality and consistency by defining what exceptional marketing talent looks like and strengthening competencies, case exercises, and structured evaluation practices.
• Build and maintain market intelligence covering compensation, organizational structures, talent pools, hiring trends, and competitive recruiting practices.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through thoughtful communication, effective candidate coaching, and attentive engagement throughout the process.
• Provide an executive-level candidate experience for senior stakeholders and candidates, including clear communication and well-managed touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with sourcers and recruiting coordination partners to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality searches from beginning to end.
• Contribute to broader recruiting initiatives that strengthen hiring practices, processes, and capabilities across the organization.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technology-enabled, or similarly fast-paced environments.
• Meaningful experience recruiting senior marketing talent, with strong knowledge of marketing functions and talent markets.
• Strong background in business and/or technology recruiting; Product Marketing recruiting experience is particularly valuable.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders, influencing hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, and structured analysis.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous or complex searches, establish clarity, and develop repeatable recruiting strategies that produce strong outcomes.
• High level of ownership and operational excellence, with the ability to manage structured searches while minimizing friction for candidates and stakeholders.
• Creative and sophisticated approach to sourcing, including research, relationship building, talent mapping, and multi-channel engagement.
• Ability to credibly assess marketing professionals and evaluate candidate scope, judgment, capabilities, and impact.
• Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals, structured interviewing, candidate evaluation, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the presence and polish required to work effectively with executives and senior candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• A collaborative, proactive, and highly accountable approach to recruiting.
