About this role
Accountabilities: • Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Financial Services Operations applications and workflows.
• Build and customize applications using App Engine Studio.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub spokes, and Script Includes.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using Integration Hub.
• Develop REST and SOAP integrations when suitable Integration Hub spokes are unavailable.
• Design API-led integration architectures, MID Server solutions, and reliable data synchronization patterns.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards across solutions.
• Leverage ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators to track vulnerability KPIs, trends, and operational performance.
• Contribute to scalable, maintainable, and well-governed ServiceNow implementations.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing ServiceNow FSO or CSM solutions.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow application development, configuration, scripting, workflows, and automation.
• Hands-on expertise with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Script Includes, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Strong experience designing REST and SOAP integrations and API-led integration architectures.
• Knowledge of MID Server architecture and data synchronization patterns.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators.
• Ability to understand business requirements, identify operational challenges, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM) certification.
