About this role
Accountabilities: • Manage and grow relationships with national customers through proactive account management, relationship development, and identification of expansion opportunities.
• Drive both enterprise agreements and regional adoption across assigned national account portfolios.
• Develop strategies with sales leadership to expand existing partnerships horizontally and vertically within customer organizations.
• Identify customer needs and proactively pursue opportunities to increase adoption, revenue, and account value.
• Address customer issues and coordinate with appropriate internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders to ensure offerings meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Provide regular account updates to sales leadership, highlighting opportunities, challenges, risks, and relationship health.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers through regular check-ins, business updates, and relationship-building activities.
• Support the development of proposals, presentations, and product or service demonstrations, clearly communicating the value delivered to customers.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions that could affect customer relationships and sales strategies.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within PropTech, SaaS, or commercial real estate technology.
• Experience working within the multifamily industry.
• Proven ability to manage and expand complex customer relationships and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of customer requirements, industry dynamics, and relevant market trends.
• Ability to work independently while managing a large and diverse customer portfolio.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and customer needs effectively.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
