About this role

Accountabilities: • Build and lead the internal product and creative operations function, establishing processes for gathering requests, prioritizing initiatives, assigning ownership, and maintaining internal systems.

• Identify operational inefficiencies, understand where teams lose time, context, or clarity, and translate these insights into actionable roadmaps and clear product requirements.

• Design, develop, and continuously improve internal tools, workflows, and custom-built products in collaboration with operational teams and developers.

• Apply product management principles to agency operations, ensuring internal systems are intuitive, efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with the needs of their users.

• Determine which processes and tools should be standardized across the agency network and where individual teams require tailored approaches.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of internal products and systems, from initial discovery and development through implementation, adoption, maintenance, and ongoing optimization.

• Establish feedback loops, facilitate discussions, and continuously evaluate how teams interact with internal systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate directly with founders and leadership to define the strategic direction of the function, challenge existing assumptions, and build a scalable operational framework.

• Leverage AI tools and technologies thoughtfully to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management, product design, creative operations, or a related field, with the ability to translate complex organizational needs into practical solutions.

• Experience building, implementing, and improving internal tools, systems, workflows, or digital products, ideally within an agency, creative production, or fast-paced service environment.

• Previous experience leading or developing a small team, setting priorities, providing clear direction, and fostering collaboration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying friction points, simplifying complex processes, and improving user experiences.

• Exceptional curiosity, empathy, and communication skills, with the ability to understand different perspectives and help stakeholders articulate underlying challenges and needs.

• Strong product judgment and attention to detail, particularly when designing intuitive user experiences and addressing micro-interactions without overlooking operational complexity.

• A long-term, scalable mindset, considering adoption, reliability, maintainability, and the evolving needs of teams when building solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate discussions, communicate ideas clearly, and encourage teams to adopt new ways of working.

• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, including its capabilities, limitations, and practical applications, with the ability to integrate AI tools effectively into workflows.

• A proactive, adaptable, and iterative approach, comfortable operating in a growing organization where processes and priorities continue to evolve.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining a clear strategic direction.

Benefits:

• Unlimited paid time off and sick days.

• Flexible working hours to support work-life balance.

• Fully remote working arrangement, with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

• Opportunities to travel and spend time collaborating with teams across different countries.

• Direct collaboration with founders and leadership, offering significant influence over strategic and operational decisions.

• The opportunity to build and shape a new internal product and creative operations function from the ground up.

• Investment in custom product development, with access to resources to test ideas and implement innovative solutions.

• High levels of autonomy, ownership, and opportunities to experiment with new approaches and technologies.

• The opportunity to work with a global network of specialized creative teams and contribute to the evolution of agency operations.
