About this role
Accountabilities • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, close, and expansion.
• Build, manage, and consistently develop a pipeline of large health system opportunities across the U.S.
• Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting rather than relying primarily on inbound opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships across clinical, operational, technology, HR, and executive stakeholder groups.
• Engage senior healthcare decision-makers, including Chief Nursing Officers, CIOs, CHROs, Nursing Directors, and other VP-level leaders.
• Lead discovery conversations centered on measurable business outcomes, including quality, workforce efficiency, staffing, compliance, and risk reduction.
• Manage complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders, departments, procurement teams, IT organizations, and implementation groups.
• Apply structured sales methodologies and disciplined deal processes, with MEDDICC experience preferred.
• Establish clear next steps, mutual action plans, compelling events, and stakeholder alignment to maintain deal momentum.
• Pursue and close high-value enterprise opportunities, including deals exceeding $200K in annual contract value.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and deal progression, with HubSpot experience preferred.
• Partner closely with Customer Success teams to identify and execute account expansion opportunities following initial implementation.
• Contribute customer and market insights to help refine sales strategy, processes, and go-to-market approaches as the business expands.
Requirements
• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals valued at $200K+ in annual contract value.
• Demonstrated experience selling to hospitals, health systems, or other complex healthcare organizations.
• Experience selling HRIS, LMS, workforce management, healthcare technology, or related enterprise platforms strongly preferred.
• Background with organizations such as Workday, UKG, or similar enterprise workforce technology providers is strongly preferred.
• Experience selling directly to executive stakeholders, including CNOs, CIOs, CHROs, and VP-level decision-makers.
• Strong outbound pipeline generation skills and a demonstrated ability to create opportunities independently.
• Experience with structured enterprise sales methodologies, particularly MEDDICC.
• Strong multi-threading skills and the ability to navigate complex buying committees and organizational structures.
• Excellent consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Highly disciplined approach to deal management, forecasting, CRM usage, and pipeline hygiene.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, with a strong focus on accurate and actionable sales data.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, scaling organization where processes and priorities may continue to evolve.
• Existing relationships within health systems, particularly across nursing leadership, clinical education, HR, or IT, are a plus.
• Experience selling workforce, HRIS, LMS, or healthcare technology solutions is advantageous.
• Exposure to AI-enabled platforms and emerging healthcare technologies is a plus.
