Accountabilities • Participate in the different stages of recruitment and selection processes.

• Screen and review resumes according to the requirements of each position.

• Conduct candidate interviews and record relevant information.

• Prepare reports related to interviews and recruitment processes.

• Support the analysis and monitoring of recruitment metrics.

• Keep recruitment information organized and up to date.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a structured and efficient hiring process.

• Participate in occasional in-person meetings when required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree or technical qualification in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Reside in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, or the surrounding area.

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection.

• Availability to attend occasional in-person meetings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail throughout the recruitment process.

• Ability to conduct interviews and document information clearly and accurately.

• Interest in developing professional experience in Human Resources and recruitment.

• Ability to work independently and manage recurring recruitment activities effectively.
