Accountabilities • Manage walk-in customers, online leads, and in-store appointments, converting high-intent opportunities into successful customer relationships.

• Guide customers through the complete home loan journey, from property search and finance assessment through settlement and ongoing support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing guidance across key property milestones.

• Contribute to local marketing initiatives and community activities that support store growth and strengthen local market presence.

• Prepare and submit mortgage applications to the in-house processing team, leveraging dedicated administrative support to minimise time spent on paperwork.

• Identify additional opportunities to support customers through buyer’s agent, conveyancing, refinancing, and other property-related services.

• Use digital platforms, automation, AI-enabled tools, and real-time customer data to improve efficiency and identify relevant customer opportunities.

• Participate actively in store collaboration, knowledge sharing, training, and professional development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain the qualification before starting, with support provided.

• Previous experience in sales, mortgage broking, financial services, customer service, or a related customer-facing environment.

• Strong sales orientation, commercial drive, and determination to contribute to retail store growth.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide clear guidance.

• Genuine passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership goals.

• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and opportunities while maintaining a high standard of service.

• Comfortable working with technology, digital platforms, automation, and data-driven tools.
