About this role

Accountabilities: • Build and execute outreach strategies across an existing network and new enterprise opportunities.

• Prospect, nurture, and develop larger named accounts while identifying key decision-makers and business opportunities.

• Own and actively manage the sales pipeline, customer follow-up, and quota attainment.

• Partner with Growth teams to increase product awareness and generate engagement across target accounts.

• Understand customer needs, gather requirements, and recommend relevant use cases throughout the customer journey.

• Guide prospects and customers through implementation plans to accelerate adoption and drive conversion to paid solutions.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, requirements, and feature requests.

• Create and refine sales content, messaging, and scripts to support customer engagement and progression through the funnel.

• Maintain accurate account information and pipeline data within the internal CRM.

• Build long-term customer relationships while identifying opportunities for expansion and continued growth.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in a closing sales role, ideally within SaaS, IT, or B2B technology companies.

• Proven track record as an Enterprise Account Executive or in a comparable enterprise sales position.

• Experience with new business development, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and progress complex deals.

• CRM industry knowledge is preferred.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, testing new strategies, and taking ownership of outcomes.

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.

• Highly autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities, pipeline, and sales initiatives independently.

• Strong customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand customer challenges and develop tailored solutions that create value.

• Resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments with a willingness to take calculated risks.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to differentiate solutions in competitive markets.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.

• Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to influence others and contribute to broader business growth.
