About this role

Accountabilities: • Account Growth & Retention: Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and carry responsibility for Net Revenue Retention, renewals, expansion, and overall commercial growth.

• Strategic Client Relationships: Build trusted relationships with senior brand-side stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner rather than simply a campaign contact.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product teams to maintain alignment, efficient execution, and strong client outcomes.

• Relationship Management: Lead client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs, building trust and addressing performance concerns directly when necessary.

• Strategic Insights: Translate campaign and account data into actionable recommendations, presenting performance against KPIs such as engagement, earned media value, sales lift, and affiliate impact.

• AI-First Execution: Use AI tools and workflows daily to accelerate reporting, renewal modeling, upsell preparation, client-data analysis, and other high-value account activities.

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns while maintaining quality, deadlines, brand alignment, and margins.

• Revenue Planning: Manage renewal timelines, identify expansion opportunities, forecast account performance, and communicate account growth using clear commercial metrics.

• Performance Optimization: Use campaign data to optimize active programs and apply learnings to future initiatives, treating reporting as a decision-making tool rather than a retrospective exercise.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate tracking, monitor team capacity, resolve inefficiencies, and ensure client feedback is captured and acted upon.

• People Leadership: Lead a team or pod of Client Solutions Managers and/or Junior Client Solutions Managers, supporting workload management, coaching, performance development, and client-service standards.

• Risk Management: Identify performance, scope, relationship, or margin risks early and take action before they threaten account health or growth.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: 6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, including substantial experience managing large or enterprise accounts.

• Platform Expertise: Hands-on campaign experience and strong working knowledge of Meta and TikTok.

• Commercial Track Record: Demonstrated success in account growth and retention, with the ability to quantify results and explain the actions that influenced them.

• Revenue Ownership: Previous experience being measured against revenue, retention, or Net Revenue Retention targets, with a clear understanding of the drivers behind those results.

• People Leadership: Direct experience managing and developing people, including conducting one-on-ones, managing workloads, and improving team performance.

• AI-Native Mindset: Strong experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows to improve execution speed, insight generation, reporting, and operational efficiency.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of account economics and the ability to confidently communicate the revenue impact of managed accounts.

• Operational Discipline: Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage complex campaigns, budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.

• Communication: Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to have direct conversations and address challenging issues proactively.

• Personal Qualities: Curious, commercially aware, adaptable, direct, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working independently with limited direction.

• Working Style: Proactive and forward-looking, with the ability to identify emerging risks and opportunities before they become urgent issues.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000–$110,000 annually.

• Annual Bonus: Annual bonus scheme recognizing strong performance.

• Healthcare: Healthcare coverage for U.S.-based team members.

• Remote-First: Remote-first work model, allowing you to work from wherever you perform best.

• Paid Time Off: 25 days of annual PTO plus bank holidays.

• Additional Time Off: Four company-wide days off and three wellness days each year.

• Sick Leave: Paid sick leave.

• Learning & Development: Annual budget to invest in professional skills and development.

• Work Environment: High-autonomy role with significant ownership across enterprise client relationships, revenue growth, and operational strategy.

• Work Schedule: U.S. remote position aligned with Eastern Time (EST) hours.
