Coordenator Data Analyst

Accountabilities: • Develop strategic analyses and data intelligence to identify commercial opportunities and growth levers within the B2B business.

• Build, monitor, and continuously improve executive KPIs, dashboards, and management views.

• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, products, channels, and overall business performance.

• Support commercial, CRM, product, and operations teams through data-driven studies, insights, and recommendations.

• Structure analytical models and data products that optimize and automate business decisions and processes.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data and analytical outputs.

• Collaborate with data, engineering, product, and business teams to evolve analytical datasets, models, and reporting solutions.

• Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical teams and executive stakeholders.

• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through exploratory and advanced data analysis.

• Contribute to analytical initiatives involving customer segmentation, commercial funnels, experimentation, retention, and business performance.

Requirements:

• Advanced SQL skills and proven experience working with complex datasets.

• Professional experience with BI and data visualization tools, particularly Looker.

• Knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis.

• Practical experience using Python for data analysis.

• Ability to manipulate and analyze large volumes of data and perform exploratory analyses.

• Strong analytical capabilities, structured thinking, and an investigative mindset.

• Business-oriented approach with a focus on generating measurable value from data.

• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to tell compelling stories with data.

• Hands-on profile with autonomy, ownership, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Ability to transform analytical findings into practical recommendations for business stakeholders.

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or e-commerce platforms.

• Knowledge of CRM, commercial funnels, customer segmentation, and customer analytics.

• Experience with A/B testing, propensity modeling, churn analysis, or other analytical modeling techniques.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across data, engineering, product, commercial, and operations teams.
