About this role
Accountabilities • Own prospect and customer relationships from immediately after product demos through activation, conversion, retention, expansion, renewals, and referrals.
• Become highly proficient in the platform and its key customer workflows, helping users complete real projects and achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Guide prospects through trials, pilots, creative workflows, and relevant use cases, translating product capabilities into practical business value.
• Understand customers’ existing creative processes and demonstrate how the platform can complement or improve workflows involving Adobe, Figma, Canva, and similar tools.
• Help customers solve real creative and production challenges, providing hands-on guidance rather than generic support.
• Proactively reengage dormant prospects by creating relevant reasons to reconnect based on customer needs, projects, workflows, and product developments.
• Maintain relationships through phone, email, LinkedIn, and product interactions, using the appropriate channel to keep opportunities progressing.
• Identify buying signals and convert demo and trial engagement into qualified commercial opportunities.
• Drive onboarding, product adoption, engagement, and ongoing customer value after purchase.
• Identify and manage upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities across teams, brands, departments, markets, and use cases.
• Develop customer advocates and generate qualified introductions and referrals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records covering customer activity, opportunities, pipeline, expansion, and referrals.
• Track and contribute to KPIs including product engagement, pipeline reactivation, conversion, retention, expansion, net revenue retention, and referral-generated revenue.
• Share customer insights with Product, Sales, and leadership teams to support product improvements and commercial strategies.
Requirements
• Hands-on professional experience with modern creative or design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or comparable platforms.
• Practical understanding of creative, design, advertising, or marketing production workflows, including asset creation, resizing, animation, collaboration, approvals, and campaign production.
• Experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS environment, such as Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Sales, or customer-facing creative technology.
• Ability to quickly learn sophisticated software and confidently demonstrate products to prospects and customers.
• Strong ability to translate product capabilities into relevant customer use cases and practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with designers, marketers, creative teams, agencies, and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively reengaging prospects or customers who have become inactive.
• Ability to identify buying signals and guide relationships toward appropriate commercial next steps.
• Experience managing customer accounts, pipeline, opportunities, and follow-up activities through CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience driving upsell, cross-sell, expansion, renewal, or other customer growth initiatives.
• Experience generating customer referrals, introductions, or advocacy opportunities is valuable.
• Commercial awareness combined with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, opportunities, follow-ups, and priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and communicating in English with international customers and stakeholders.
