• Distributed systems: Experience designing and operating distributed architectures, including message queues, event-driven systems, or streaming technologies such as Kafka.

• Cloud and DevOps knowledge: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure, as well as containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes and modern CI/CD practices.

• Search and data technologies: Experience with search platforms such as Elasticsearch or Solr, Boolean query logic, large-scale data processing, and systems that collect, organize, or match information from multiple sources.

• API and integration experience: Familiarity with REST APIs, third-party data providers, and the technical considerations involved in integrating external data into production systems.

• AI and machine learning knowledge: Experience with natural language processing, large language models (LLMs), entity recognition, sentiment analysis, or AI evaluation methods is an advantage.

• Agile delivery practices: Experience working in Agile development environments and using project collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Communication and collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
